E- SAFETY REPORTING FORM
At Waunfawr Primary we are committed to ensuring all of our community are safe, sensible and ethical users of the internet and electronic devices.
We take any breaches of our Home school Agreements/ Acceptable Use policies extremely seriously.
Please use the below form if you wish to notify the school of any concerns relating to any of the following:
- Access to illegal content by your/ another child;
- Inappropriate access to websites, images, or gaming platforms by your/ another child;
- Cyber-bullying by your/ another child;
- Online safety of your/ another child;
- Misuse of school devices by your/ another child.
Please make clear whether this incident has happened IN school or OUT of school.
