Contract:  Permanent 25 hours a week/split shift working pattern

The Governors of Waunfawr Primary seek to appoint an energetic, motivated School Caretaker to join our team. • be expected, as the main key holder on site, to respond to emergency alarms outside of school hours
    • work a daily Monday to Friday split shift in term time
    • work as directed in school holidays in accordance to building works with potential of negotiated overtime for evening school, additional works and booked events
    • work alongside the Office Manager and Health and Safety Officer to take responsibility for the development and administration of aspects of Health and Safety management using IT programmes.

Waunfawr Primary is a small, well cared for primary school built in 1897. It is in walking distance to Crosskeys train station and has very good links with major road and rail networks.
